HP Additive Manufacturing Business Planner & Automation Lead (Power BI)

What you will do

• Support annual and long-term planning, budget coordination, and monthly spend planning with senior leaders.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting packs, dashboards, decision-support materials, and governance content.
• Track cross-functional initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, remove blockers, and maintain execution momentum.
• Identify financial, operational, and strategic risks and opportunities, supporting mitigation plans.
• Lead the team’s automation roadmap, including Power BI dashboards, Excel/Power Query solutions, AI-enabled tools, data quality improvements, and process automation.
• Perform business analysis, scenario modeling, deep dives, business cases, and strategic recommendations while improving planning and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, financial planning, project management, consulting, supply chain, business analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, KPIs, executive reporting, or similar financial processes.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, ownership, and follow-through skills, including the ability to structure complex problems and explain them clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, Power Query, automation tools, or AI-enabled productivity tools is highly valued.
• Learning agility, curiosity, and digital fluency.

Nice to have

• PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
