What you will do

• Build and own the global learning strategy, leadership development, core skills programs, compliance training, learning platform, and content library.
• Own global onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including role-specific tracks and measurable improvements in time-to-productivity.
• Run the company all-hands program, including cadence, agendas, content, speaker preparation, executive messaging, and delivery across time zones and formats.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security to create technical learning paths covering platform architecture, crypto, blockchain, security, AI, certifications, documentation, and tech talks.
• Build sales enablement programs covering onboarding, ramp plans, product and market training, messaging certification, playbooks, coaching, and compliance in regulated markets.
• Lead and develop the global learning, onboarding, and enablement team while owning the function’s budget, vendors, and learning technology.

Requirements

• 12+ years in learning and development, talent development, or enablement, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven experience building company-wide learning and development and onboarding programs from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience running technical enablement, sales enablement, or both.
• Experience in a high-growth, global company with employees in multiple countries.
• Strong program design skills grounded in adult learning principles.
• Ability to use data to measure learning impact on business results.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, including work with senior executives.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience producing large company events or all-hands.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to build and personalize learning content.
• Familiarity with learning and enablement platforms such as Workday Learning, Docebo, Highspot, or Seismic.
• Coaching certification, such as ICF.
• Arabic or Mandarin.
