Senior Manager, Learning Experience & Readiness (EdTech)

Location: US Remote; eligible US remote locations include Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, District of Columbia, Alabama, Alaska, and Arizona

Pay range: $93,250–$166,250 per year, plus eligibility for the company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead the LXR i-Ready and Math Content team and oversee high-quality, on-time delivery of learning initiatives.
• Guide development of reusable instructor-led training, e-learning, microlearning, release notes, and product training based on adult learning principles.
• Plan and deliver Sales and Service Academies, seasonal learning programs, and product and platform release readiness activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports through goal setting, KPIs, performance conversations, one-to-ones, and capacity planning.
• Manage recurring internal communications, including three weekly team digests.
• Lead adoption of HighSpot, SmartSheet, training intake processes, metrics dashboards, and other workflow improvements while partnering with product, sales, service, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience in enablement, learning and development, internal communications, or program management, ideally in education technology or software.
• Three or more years of experience leading or coaching others.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, education, learning and development, business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience overseeing projects and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of learning and enablement platforms such as HighSpot or a learning management system, and SmartSheet.

Nice to have

• Experience leading teams that design and run academies, bootcamps, or multi-session learning programs.
• Experience leading adoption of process automation or workflow tools.
• Familiarity with K–8 education, curriculum, or assessment products.
• Experience supporting sales or field-facing teams.
• Experience leading teams in using AI tools for planning and content.
