Human Resources Generalist

What you will do

• Partner with internal customer groups to coordinate HR programs and processes within a business function or segment.
• Implement and enforce programs and policies that support employee engagement and performance.
• Advise supervisors and managers on employee relations, training, and team development.
• Administer compensation programs, salary planning, and job evaluations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on staffing and employment-branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures while coordinating employee training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with varied stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information and maintain confidentiality.

Nice to have

• PHR certification.
• Workday experience, previous manufacturing experience, and experience implementing new HR processes and programs.
• Experience recruiting hourly manufacturing employees in a seasonal environment and/or professional and technical employees.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities or organizational needs.
• Experience maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Experience providing prompt and professional service in response to employee HR needs, concerns, and inquiries.
