HR Generalist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain employee records and HR data integrity in HRIS systems, including audits, reporting, OSHA logs, EEO reporting, and I-9 compliance.
• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, onboarding, and orientation for new hires.
• Conduct employee relations investigations, provide recommendations, and administer disciplinary actions and meetings for the plant location.
• Coordinate performance management programs and support workforce development and succession planning.
• Participate in business meetings, help resolve business challenges, and assist with personnel policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of human resources experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Well-developed interpersonal, communication, clerical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and compose letters, memos, and other correspondence.
• Excellent computer skills with various PC-based software packages.
