Senior Product Development Project Manager (Service Market Technology)

What you will do

• Lead the Service Market Technology project team from initiation through the engineering gate process.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, requirements, deliverables, and overall timeline alignment.
• Integrate SMT requirements and deliverables into project plans, including verification and validation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and execute projects successfully.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies and drive actions to secure delivery.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing product development and engineering projects.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery management.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Nice to have

• Automotive industry or aftermarket operations experience.
• Knowledge of Service Market Technology and aftermarket processes.
• Product development and process development experience.
• Familiarity with aftermarket documentation and related deliverables.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple engineering and business functions.
