Analyst, Product Support (Microsoft SQL Server)

Location: Remote, United States of America; travel up to 15% nationally, including client installations.

Annual full-time base salary: $55,000–$75,000.

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between hirify.global and clients during the delivery and implementation of in-house software and configurations.
• Validate, test, document, and route internal and external software issues for resolution.
• Configure, set up, install, upgrade, and demonstrate in-house applications, features, enhancements, and custom configurations.
• Provide client administrator, client end-user, and internal training both remotely and on site.
• Analyze specifications and requirements; create findings, extension, enhancement, configuration, user guide, and release note documentation.
• Support client installations, normally requiring up to 15% national travel.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Entry-level professional with 0–2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level or equivalent external role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, internet browser software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills, follow instructions, respond to management direction, work independently, and take initiative in self-development.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly by gathering and analyzing information skillfully.
• Ability to work cooperatively in groups, actively resolve conflicts, adapt to changing work environments, manage competing demands, and adjust approach to fit the situation.
• Strong customer service skills, accuracy, thoroughness, and business acumen.
