Business Analyst II (Excel/SQL)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Support business initiatives through data analysis, identify implementation barriers, and perform user acceptance testing for new systems.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes.
• Perform detailed project analysis, recommend business solutions, and assist with implementation.
• Enhance performance management and operational reports related to new business implementation processes.
• Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications.
• Lead problem-solving and coordination across business units; assist with departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with Excel and SQL.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Project management experience.
