Staff Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote-first, must be based in Brazil. Access to an office in São Paulo and partner coworking spaces; the Work From Anywhere program permits working from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days per year.

What you will do

• Reimagine the real estate Agents experience and build tools that improve their efficiency and ability to serve users.
• Raise the visual and interaction design quality across the Agents ecosystem beyond the Design System.
• Build fast, functional prototypes and validate hypotheses with the Agent community.
• Incorporate AI tools into daily design workflows to improve speed, quality, and iteration cycles.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product Management to translate complex business rules and operational needs into tangible solutions.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Staff or Senior Staff Product Designer, able to deliver at a very high level from day one.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/Visual Design and complex problem-solving.
• High motivation, willingness to find new ways of working, and readiness to challenge the status quo.

Nice to have

• Experience designing internal tools, B2B platforms, or solutions for specialized professional audiences.
• Experience with AI-driven products or deep understanding of integrating AI features into user experiences.
• Track record of connecting design deliverables and visual refinements to business metrics and operational efficiency.
• Negotiation skills for bridging Operations requirements and Engineering feasibility through design artifacts.
• Advanced English skills.
