Staff Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the Agentic CMS experience from discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and delivery.
• Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, localize, and publish content across multiple sites and channels.
• Design experiences for both marketing teams and AI agents, including controls, transparency, and trust signals.
• Build a coherent experience model across interconnected CMS surfaces while keeping individual flows simple.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers on content models, API affordances, and product strategy.
• Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders while raising the bar for craft, process, and AI-assisted design.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work on ambiguous problems within complex products.
• Experience making complex products feel clear and obvious; experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
• Systems thinking at scale, including designing interconnected surfaces where decisions in one place affect others.
• Technical depth sufficient to engage with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft, including AI-assisted workflows, code prototyping, and AI tools for exploring and communicating ideas.
• Ability to manage long-horizon systems problems while shipping focused, high-quality work.
• Precise communication, product-strategy influence, and the ability to present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity, humility in testing assumptions, and proactive adoption of emerging AI technologies.
