Solution Manager B2B Platforms Microsoft Dynamics (Delivery and Billing)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working with 40% office, 40% home, and 20% flexible work. Working abroad is possible with manager approval in approved countries for up to 3 weeks per year, with a maximum of 2 consecutive weeks.

Salary: €71,500–€105,000 gross annual salary, including FlexBudget and an 8% holiday allowance; a bonus or collective profit sharing may apply depending on the role.

What you will do

• Lead the B2B Delivery and Billing Engineering team delivering changes and maintaining business-critical platforms.
• Manage and develop an internal team of approximately 8 FTE, including Microsoft Dynamics, Data, Test Automation, solution consulting, and functional maintenance specialists.
• Translate B2B stakeholder requirements into technical roadmaps, actionable backlogs, standards, and best practices aligned with Enterprise Architecture.
• Own platform delivery, stability, reliability, performance, operational efficiency, and transformation across the Delivery and Billing domain.
• Work with the Revolution modernization programme on transformation workstreams.
• Manage external suppliers and partners against contracts, budgets, SLAs, quality, timeliness, and performance targets.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading and developing engineering or technology teams and building a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with business-critical enterprise platforms and ongoing maintenance and change delivery.
• Ability to understand, prioritize, and translate complex business requirements into roadmaps and actionable backlogs.
• Ability to bridge technical delivery and business stakeholders and communicate complexity clearly.
• Experience owning technical roadmaps, standards, best practices, platform reliability, performance, budget, delivery timelines, and quality.
• Experience managing external suppliers and third-party delivery teams against contracts, budgets, and SLAs.
• Relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, CRM, UMAX 365, data, or test automation.
