Senior/Principal Analog IC Circuit Design Engineer (Analog IC)

What you will do

• Translate product specifications and system requirements into design requirements and specifications.
• Define and evaluate IP concepts, maintain subsystem and IP planning, design and verify circuits, coordinate layout, and perform post-layout and extracted simulations.
• Model and verify analog AMS IP and systems using behavioral models such as Wreal or Verilog.
• Integrate analog ICs, including interface descriptions, floor planning, pin positioning, ESD, and DFT.
• Support analog bench validation, bring-up, customer samples, debugging, and customer support.
• Create design reports, verification plans, validation plans, and other technical lifecycle documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in ultra-low-power CMOS design at subsystem level and in analog design.
• At least 5 years of fundamental experience across IC development, including validation, production testing, and packaging, at a senior level.
• Ability to work as an independent technical engineer.
• Good understanding of Matlab and proficiency with the Cadence design environment.
• Proactive, creative, quality-oriented, and structured approach, with an ability to share knowledge and connect with people.
• Ability to engage with customers and external partners.
• Ambition to lead engineering workflows and develop communication, mentoring, team-building, and people-inspiration skills.

Nice to have

• Good programming skills, such as Python or Skill.
• Domain knowledge of ASICs for hearing aids and health sensors, including ultra-low-power, high-accuracy, and low-noise design.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for identifying wider applications and markets for IP and products.
