Senior Manager, Product Design (AI Visual)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Base salary: $196,700–$314,300 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC; $186,900–$298,500 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. The role is also eligible for equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead the visual design practice and visual language for Product across apps, websites, and other digital experiences.
• Co-own the refinement and Product application of hirify.global’s visual identity with Brand and Studio teams.
• Set visual principles, standards, and guidance, and evolve the visual language layer of the design system.
• Own and improve the Partner Enablement program connecting Product Design teams with Visual Design, Design Systems, Engineering, and Accessibility expertise.
• Partner with Design Technology to embed visual-quality standards into AI-enabled tools and workflows and help scale hirify.global’s AI Visual Identity.
• Lead, coach, and grow a specialized team while setting priorities, allocating capacity, and providing creative direction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Design experience with a Visual Design, brand, or digital-craft specialization.
• 4+ years managing and developing designers, including Senior and Principal individual contributors.
• Experience leading a Visual Design practice, design-quality initiative, or related craft discipline at a technology or product-focused organization, or serving as a senior craft expert within one.
• Experience shipping digital products and taking design work from concept through execution.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Design Systems, and Brand, Marketing, or Content Design teams.
• Experience translating visual standards into scalable systems, tooling, or workflows.
• Strong Product Design foundation and deep expertise in Visual Design or a related craft, including UI design, typography, hierarchy, layout, interaction states, motion, iconography, and information design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong Product craft, clear creative direction, and thoughtful people leadership.
• Ability to use AI-native ways of working to protect and improve design quality.
