Senior Consultant Agentic AI

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid work with on-site presence in Brussels as required

What you will do

• Define the target operating model and governance principles for Agentic AI in IT project and application delivery.
• Identify AI-agent-supported activities and human responsibilities, including ownership, segregation of duties, access rights, auditability, escalation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Integrate Agentic AI governance into PRINCE2 Agile portfolio and project governance, including roles, tolerances, decision gates, exception handling, risk, quality, and change management.
• Design AI-enabled support for requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, traceability, release preparation, and lessons learned.
• Define a controlled delivery flow covering architecture, software development, code and security reviews, testing, documentation, and release preparation.
• Translate the model into Azure DevOps and ServiceNow integration requirements, support pilots or proofs of concept, and recommend approaches for industrialization and scaling.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in IT governance, project delivery, and Agile software delivery.
• Strong practical knowledge of PRINCE2 and/or PRINCE2 Agile.
• Good knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop governance.
• Experience designing operating models, governance processes, roles, controls, and decision gates.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, release management, and DevOps ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills across management and technical teams.
• Knowledge of Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure Test Plans, Architecture Decision Records, APIs, and integration architecture.
• Experience with AI-assisted software engineering, multi-agent orchestration, LLM governance, or observability.
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
