Location: Brussels, Belgium; on-site or hybrid work from Monday to Thursday, with travel up to 80% of the time

What you will do

• Translate organizational goals into clear initiatives, measurable KPIs, and value-creation plans.
• Redesign organizations by implementing new operating models and systems.
• Lead transformation programs and run Transformation Offices focused on measurable outcomes.
• Mobilize leaders and teams through engagement, coaching, and resilience-building.
• Collaborate with McKinsey experts and client stakeholders to connect strategy with execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field, supported by a strong academic record.
• 2+ years of experience delivering transformation programs.
• Experience in operational excellence and implementation, procurement transformation, post-merger integration, or implementing AI projects to reshape company operations.
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and proactive approach, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Business-level written and verbal fluency in English, Dutch, and French is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience in operating-model redesign or procurement excellence.
• Lean/Six Sigma or PMP/Agile certification.
• Functional experience with AI-related solutions, including analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
