Company

What you will do
Define and lead the IT Operations strategy and governance model, including accountability, escalation, operating structures, and coordination with Infrastructure, Applications, and Information Security.
Manage and develop a 10-person team across Service Desk, Operational Security, and Software Asset Management.
Own the digital workplace strategy, Service Desk performance, ITSM service standards, user experience, and communications for operational changes and incidents.
Coordinate incident, request, and major incident management, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Oversee endpoint protection, identity and access operations, vulnerability remediation, patching, compliance readiness, asset and configuration management, software licensing, and vendor performance.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and user satisfaction while leading continuous service improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of IT Operations management experience, including hands-on system management experience.
Experience defining and executing an IT Operations strategy aligned with organizational goals, contributing to senior IT leadership discussions, investment prioritization, risk governance, and long-term service planning.
Track record of organizational change through service model redesign, tooling transformation, or changes in how IT is consumed and valued.
Experience managing Service Desk, End User Computing, and operational IT teams, including implementing and running ITSM processes and tools.
Practical experience with IT security operations, system patching, vulnerability remediation, incidents, security events, and operational escalations.
Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, including collaboration solutions, Microsoft 365, endpoints, servers, networks, identity, and applications.
Experience with asset, license, and configuration management in complex environments and exposure to compliance-driven environments such as ISO 27001 or NIS2.
Fluency in English at C1 level and French at B2 level, both oral and written, is required.
Applicants must be comfortable working with diverse technical users and must not require a purely stable, fully standardized environment; the role requires autonomous, data-driven service improvement and seasoned leadership.
