Senior Product Manager, Core Experience (AI)

Location: San Francisco, US; required attendance at the SF office at least 3 days per week, Tuesday–Thursday

US base salary: $175,000–$200,000 annually, plus annual bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own post-purchase customer value outcomes, including week-1 return rate, month-1 retention, repeat purchase rate, revenue per customer, and customer lifetime value.
• Define the Core Experience strategy and roadmap using cohort data, customer insights, unit economics, and investment trade-offs.
• Own the web and mobile marketplace experience across advisor discovery, profiles, browsing, search, sorting, favorites, and notifications.
• Optimize advisor matching, rankings, recommendations, personalization, advisor quality, availability, and pricing.
• Improve add-funds flows, pricing, packaging, payments, repeat-purchase offers, loyalty, rewards, lifecycle messaging, and AI-powered engagement.
• Lead experimentation, customer research, analytics, and product execution while mentoring product managers and guiding engineers and designers through ambiguous challenges.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2C, subscription, or two-sided marketplace products, with direct ownership of retention, engagement, or monetization.
• Demonstrated measurable impact on retention, repeat purchases, or revenue per user, with a clear understanding of the drivers.
• Deep experimentation expertise, including long-term cohort measurement and establishing experimentation standards across teams.
• Experience shipping and evaluating search, ranking, recommendations, matching, or personalization products with probabilistic outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills in cohort retention, CLV, ARPU, payback, product analytics, feature flagging, and financial modeling.
• Strong product and design judgment for high-trust consumer experiences where presentation affects customer confidence.
• Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative insights into product strategies, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• AI fluency, including shipping AI-powered customer experiences and using AI tools to improve productivity.
• Valid US work authorization is required; the role does not sponsor or support new or transferred H-1B, F-1, OPT, STEM OPT, or other visas.
