Application Support Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid role based in Hawthorne, California, United States

Salary: $97,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide administration and day-to-day support for Manufacturo, NetSuite, and backup support for Teamcenter and NX.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, integration, configuration, workflow, and software defect issues.
• Scope requirements for customizations, automations, integrations, and new project requests.
• Manage licenses, user access, utilization, renewals, upgrades, documentation, and application lifecycle maintenance.
• Handle incidents and support requests through the ITSM platform while following incident, change, and problem management processes and meeting SLAs.
• Support secure handling of controlled technical data, access controls, compliance audits, and documentation under EAR and ITAR requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or similar technology solutions.
• Experience supporting or administering Manufacturo and/or NetSuite.
• Experience with ITSM practices, including incident, change, and problem management.
• Experience scripting with one or more of C#, Python, or JavaScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with business analytics platforms such as Power BI and basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience with software application lifecycle management and operational support practices.
• Experience with applicable EAR and ITAR requirements for handling and accessing controlled technical information.
• Aerospace industry experience.
• Experience supporting engineering computing environments, CAD infrastructure, PLM systems, or similar technical applications.
