Enterprise Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: USA — remote; occasional travel to client and/or company sites may be required.

Estimated base salary: $125,000k–$140,000k USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as the primary customer contact and align communication across client and internal teams.
• Motivate and guide project teams toward successful outcomes.
• Facilitate onsite or remote workshops and guide customers toward best-practice solutions.
• Create and maintain specifications, change requests, and other project documentation.
• Report progress to stakeholders and ensure adherence to project methodology and tools.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally in IT or SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Business-minded, results-driven, highly organized, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to manage several parallel tasks while maintaining quality and control.
• Fluent English.
• General understanding of IT systems and willingness to travel occasionally to client and/or company sites.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing software or cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with spend management or S2P/P2P processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Infor M3.
