US- Project Manager (Enterprise) (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Remote, USA; remote employees must travel to in-office events in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings.

Salary: USD 90,000–102,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison for enterprise customer stakeholders throughout EHR implementation projects.
• Lead project kick-offs and define project scope, goals, outcomes, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage multiple customer-facing software implementations, including budgets, resources, communications, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate implementation activities across customer locations, enterprise stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Lead and support implementation teams, review deliverables, and report project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, schedules, deployments, and revenue.
• Drive successful solution adoption, transition projects to ongoing support, and contribute to project-management best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex software implementations, ideally for enterprise or multi-site customers.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, self-manage, prioritize demands, and deliver quality outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and ways of working, using AI and emerging tools to improve project and customer outcomes.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology experience, including EHR, EMR, pharmacy solutions, or hirify.global.
• Understanding of systems design.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
