Sr. Performance Management Consultant - Revenue Excellence (Healthcare)

Location: Remote work from the United States, with potential travel to hirify.global sites in Livonia, Michigan; Syracuse, New York; Oak Brook, Illinois; Columbus, Ohio; Melrose Park, Illinois; Grand Rapids, Michigan; and Davenport, Iowa.

Hourly pay range: $48.18–$72.26.

What you will do

• Lead performance improvement, enhancement, standardization, and transformation projects across Revenue Excellence.
• Develop project plans, strategies, standards, outcome measures, status reports, communication plans, and deliverables.
• Collect, synthesize, and analyze operational and financial data; identify root causes, trends, gaps, and performance opportunities.
• Design and implement systems, tools, metrics, visualizations, and recommendations that support revenue cycle performance.
• Advise System Office, Regional Health Ministry leadership, Patient Business Services managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve project barriers, coordinate stakeholders, and support sustainable implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with five or more years of revenue cycle, project management, or healthcare consulting experience driving transformational efforts; an equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle strategies, Health Information Systems, insurance issues, healthcare industry trends, legal issues, third-party and governmental guidelines, and work processing methods.
• Experience leading performance or business process improvement activities and applying PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with project management, integration, implementation, change management, strategy execution, and leadership interface.
• Experience with revenue cycle analytics, key metrics, leading indicators, and visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience, including team building, oversight, coordination, training, and mentoring, while also working as an individual contributor.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, presentation, interpersonal, written, verbal communication, consultation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple deadlines, adapt to interruptions, influence stakeholders, and operate in a shared leadership environment.
• Ability to comply with hirify.global policies and procedures and maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
