Location: Remote within the United States; travel 1–20% within the US

What you will do

• Lead complex healthcare transformation engagements for health systems and healthcare organizations.
• Serve as an executive advisor on workforce strategy, labor optimization, operating models, shared services, performance improvement, clinical transformation, and physician enterprise services.
• Oversee multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensure rigorous governance, execution discipline, client satisfaction, and measurable operational and financial results.
• Expand existing client engagements through demonstrated delivery value, strategic advisory relationships, and follow-on transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to consulting frameworks, methodologies, intellectual property, industry presentations, publications, and executive forums.
• Mentor Senior Directors, Directors, and consulting staff while supporting service offering development.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to lead complex transformation engagements and deliver measurable client outcomes.
• Ability to advise healthcare executives, manage senior client relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams, and make independent decisions.
• Ability to maintain approximately 70% utilization dedicated to billable client engagements.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, communicate effectively, operate computer software, and work collaboratively with frequent contact with others.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and perform sedentary work, including occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, value-based care, and healthcare policy.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen operations improvement methodologies.
• Project management, risk mitigation, quality control, analytical, communication, client management, and financial planning skills.
• 15+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading complex transformation initiatives within health systems and advising senior healthcare executives.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, MPH, or related degree.
