Senior Business Transformation Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Michigan, or Kentucky; U.S. work authorization is required.

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead programmatic business and IT transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
• Assess current and future-state processes through benchmarking, customer journey mapping, gap analysis, and capability maturity evaluation.
• Lead large-scale workshops covering organization design, technology prioritization, root-cause analysis, and process mapping.
• Develop executive deliverables with findings, recommendations, and multi-year strategic roadmaps.
• Identify and quantify financial and non-financial benefits from transformation, customer-centricity, operational excellence, change management, and strategic planning.
• Guide, coach, and mentor associates and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in at least two of the following: process improvement or transformation, business or financial analysis, external consulting, auditing or risk analysis, customer journey or experience, organizational change management, IT solution or architecture, and project management.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Healthcare industry knowledge and the ability to work with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Marketplace experience.
• Organizational Change Management certification, CEX, CMMI, Six Sigma, PMP, or related credentials.
