CMMS Analyst (FAMIS 360)

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain the FAMIS 360 system and integrated systems including Yardi, JDE, MEM, Serraview, and CoStar.
• Configure property settings, user security profiles, pick lists, and other system options.
• Manage user additions, removals, password resets, security changes, and system-generated support requests in accordance with SOP and SOC requirements.
• Maintain Vendor, Asset, Schedule, Inventory, and other deployed modules, including data loading and configuration adjustments.
• Coordinate with the account team, C&W IT, and delivery management on system issues, maintenance, enhancements, and property inactivation.
• Provide or coordinate FAMIS 360 user training and serve as the primary support contact for the account team.

Requirements

• Associate degree or professional training in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5+ years of related experience in a maintenance, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years of experience working with enterprise asset management software suites; Infor EAM ASE is highly desired.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience in facilities maintenance, specifically asset management and spare-parts optimization.
• Experience communicating with peers, hourly associates, and senior management about maintenance, inventory, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of FAMIS 360 and related integrated systems, plus proficiency in system administration, user management, and configuration.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, operate in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive approach to system issues.
• Familiarity with property management, compliance requirements, and real estate facilities management.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• User training experience.
• Experience and proficiency in additional relevant areas listed by the employer.
