What you will do
- Own Notion’s competitor hub and maintain competitive resources.
- Build battle cards and competitive talk tracks for priority rivals.
- Create ROI calculators and TCO comparisons.
- Launch integrated competitive campaigns.
- Establish a formal Win/Loss program.
- Deliver post-sale enablement for customer success teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B product marketing with ownership of competitive intelligence.
- Success in building competitive programs that improve win rates.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience.
- Analytical mindset for measuring and iterating programs.
Nice to have
- Experience in work management or collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with ROI/TCO models.
- Hands-on experience with Win/Loss programs.
