Senior Data Analyst (Power BI)

What you will do

• Identify strategic challenges where data-supported decision-making is needed.
• Lead data-driven decision-making within initiative or product teams by converting data into clear recommendations.
• Apply advanced analytics methods and tools to model, execute, and follow up initiatives from idea through industrialization.
• Own the full analysis process, including problem definition, data extraction and cleaning, analysis, visualization, recommendations, and presentation.
• Define measurable KPIs and OKRs and maintain their visualizations for value reporting.
• Act as a data analytics expert in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across sales, commercial, merchandising, and other business functions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in retail sales, commercial, and/or merchandising is required.
• Strong business sense and the ability to make sound interpretations of data and other information.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate and explain complex data analysis to non-technical and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience writing advanced SQL queries to extract, prepare, validate, and analyze large datasets.
• Expert experience with analytical tools, including Power BI.
• Experience with or comfort working with cloud data analytics platforms, including GCP BigQuery.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel functions and tools including Power Pivot, Power Query, Tabular Editor, and DAX.
• Analytical, structured, thorough, solution-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and supportive working style.
• Fluent English is required.
