Global Commercial Intelligence Lead (Tableau/AI)

What you will do

• Own the global Reporting platform based on Tableau and the AI Use Case Library across seven commercial regions.
• Manage reporting access, data governance, platform adoption, and decision-relevant data usage.
• Build and maintain AI use-case standards, best practices, and adoption programs.
• Define authorization structures with regional stakeholders and IT vendors.
• Design global training programs for audiences in Asia, the Americas, and Europe, supported by regional first-level contacts.
• Coordinate vendors and translate regional improvement ideas into end-to-end processes.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Excellence at an international company, preferably across several regions including Asia and the USA.
• Experience with Tableau or comparable BI tools, including building governed data sources.
• At least 5 years of experience owning platform rollouts from planning through implementation.
• Experience with access and data governance across multiple regions.
• Experience designing and delivering training for audiences with different languages, time zones, and levels of digital maturity.
• A process- and systems-oriented mindset with the discipline to sustain governance over time.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

• Knowledge of reporting platforms such as Tableau, SAP BW, or SAP BI.
• Experience with AI tool adoption in a commercial context.
