Director Business Intelligence (Data 360)

Location: London, Canada Square, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace with 8 office days per month

What you will do

• Define and execute the Business Intelligence strategy, roadmap, operating model, governance, prioritisation, and delivery standards for Global Revenue Operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of BI and analytics professionals.
• Deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, reporting, analytical products, and trusted revenue-performance insights.
• Establish consistent KPIs, business definitions, reporting standards, data governance, quality controls, security, lineage, and auditability.
• Oversee data models, semantic layers, cubes, dimensions, ETL/ELT workflows, and integrations across source systems.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, FP&A, Accounting, IT, and Data Engineering while advising senior leaders on strategic planning and business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting, or Finance.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, data strategy, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations.
• Proven experience leading and developing BI, data, or analytics teams.
• Demonstrated success building or transforming a BI capability in a complex global organisation.
• Proficiency in Data 360, Snowflake, data lakes, SQL, data querying, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with BI strategy, capability building, operating-model design, data modelling, semantic layers, executive dashboards, scorecards, and data visualisation.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, controls, metric definition, commercial and financial analytics, root-cause analysis, and insight generation.
• Strong executive communication, analytical storytelling, senior stakeholder management, cross-functional influence, programme prioritisation, and delivery leadership.
• Experience with change management, self-service analytics enablement, platform optimisation, automation, continuous improvement, and practical applications of AI.
