Project Manager - UK (SaaS Implementation)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid role. Occasional travel to client and/or company sites is required.

What you will do

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, resources, timelines, budgets, and forecasts.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and align clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Motivate and guide project teams, facilitate workshops, and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Create and maintain specifications, change requests, project documentation, and progress reports.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, scope changes, mitigation plans, and commercial control.
• Monitor resource utilisation and identify potential budget or delivery overruns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing customer-facing software or SaaS implementation projects, with demonstrable ownership of project delivery.
• Strong initiative, accountability, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence making decisions, taking responsibility for outcomes, and resolving issues independently.
• Business-minded, results-driven, highly organized, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to manage several parallel tasks while maintaining quality and control.
• General understanding of IT systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client and/or company sites.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing software or cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with spend management or S2P/P2P processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Infor M3.
• Professional Services experience managing customer implementations, project budgets, and commercial scope.
