Account Executive, Affiliate Marketing

Location: Remote, with listed locations in London, Manchester, and Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom; travel may be required for client meetings, conferences, internal meetings, and team events.

Target salary: £27,000–£37,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs and client accounts.
• Build and maintain client and affiliate communications, including newsletters, promotions, and program updates.
• Use Excel to produce reports, track performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage campaign tasks, priorities, deadlines, affiliate recruitment, creative asset deployment, and account maintenance.
• Monitor fraud and compliance with program terms, troubleshoot account and affiliate issues, and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with managers and peers, share best practices, support training, and contribute ideas for program growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• 1–2 years of work experience; experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formatting.
• Ability to travel when necessary for conferences and team meetings.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, flexibility, resilience, coachability, and a proactive, outcome-oriented approach.
• Strong relationship-building, service orientation, work ethic, and personal standards.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, or Impact.
• Knowledge of HTML.
