Senior Client Services Manager

Location: Remote, UK & Europe

Salary: £38k–£45k per year

What you will do

• Own scopes, timelines, and budgets from the first proposal through launch.
• Plan people and capacity across projects.
• Find new opportunities and shape proposals.
• Identify delivery risks, resolve issues early, and improve delivery processes.
• Coordinate clients with strategists, designers, and developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client services or account management.
• Experience leading complex projects and working with senior clients.
• Ability to communicate calmly in writing, on calls, and in person.
• Ability to keep every discipline focused on client goals.
• Fluency in creative processes and AI workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B technology or software clients.
