Consultant, Advisory Services (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Remote; requires 61–80% travel within the US.

Salary: $72,000–$120,000 annually.

What you will do

• Participate in healthcare consulting engagements by identifying client needs, planning analyses, conducting interviews, forming hypotheses, and developing recommendations.
• Obtain data, lead or oversee analyses, interpret findings, and prepare conclusions, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Support implementation of recommended improvements and execute project plans according to statements of work.
• For analytics-focused work, build and maintain dynamic data models using hirify.global and client datasets and provide data-driven insights.
• Lead production, quality assurance, process standardization, and automation of client deliverables and internal tools.
• Contribute to practice development, identify market opportunities, learn hirify.global technologies, and complete required training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of applicable experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret findings, develop accurate conclusions, and communicate recommendations through written, verbal, and graphic presentations.
• Ability to participate effectively in client interviews, collaborate with engagement teams, meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and make independent decisions.
• Ability to operate computer programs and software, communicate effectively with in-person and electronic audiences, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and perform sedentary work.
• Ability to travel 61–80% within the US.

Nice to have

• Awareness of market trends, competitors, negotiation, sales closing approaches, networking, client needs, and the healthcare industry.
• Risk management knowledge and the ability to identify, communicate, and respond to risks and issues.
• Statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab; advanced Excel; Tableau; and business intelligence.
• Lean process improvement experience or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Experience in healthcare, business, or finance and demonstrated interest in healthcare performance management.
• Experience leading work and demonstrating its value.
• For analytics-focused roles: experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets, developing visualizations and presentations, validating qualitative and quantitative data, developing new methodologies, and applying strategic problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree.
