Product Manager, Business Intelligence (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for the Analytics and Reporting platform built with Looker, Snowflake, and enterprise data lakes.
• Deliver AI-powered analytics capabilities, including natural-language querying, anomaly detection, predictive reporting, smart summaries, and predictive algorithms.
• Oversee LookML models, dashboard templates, embedded analytics, self-service BI experiences, data governance, intake standards, and SLA guidelines.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and internal product teams on discovery, delivery, migration, and adoption.
• Track query performance, AI feature usage, dashboard engagement, feature adoption, configurability, and customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer and internal feedback, translate technical constraints into clear communication, and maintain the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS organizations, specifically focused on data analytics, business intelligence, or data infrastructure platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Looker and LookML, Snowflake data warehousing, and cloud data lakes such as AWS/S3, Azure Blob, or GCP.
• Proven experience shipping AI/ML features into enterprise software products, such as natural-language querying, automated insights, or predictive modeling.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across Product, UX Design, Engineering, and QA without direct authority.
• Ability to interview users, absorb information, and convert it into user stories, acceptance criteria, samples, and prototypes for development and QA.
• Ability to collaborate with a scrum team to deliver documented features that provide value and enable downstream teams to use them.
• Ability to maintain public-sector compliance, row-level security, and data privacy standards for analytics and AI capabilities.
