Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the new customer platform, AI Studio, and machine learning products.
• Prioritise customer needs, commercial goals, and engineering capacity while collaborating with Engineering, Infrastructure, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Security.
• Conduct customer and prospect discovery around building, training, fine-tuning, and deploying models; translate findings into problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define minimum useful releases and sequence delivery to provide customer value early.
• Lead planning and delivery from idea to release, maintain an actionable backlog, and remove blockers.
• Line-manage and develop three Product Engineers, support hiring, and track adoption, activation, usage, and retention metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning technical products end to end, ideally in cloud, developer platforms, or infrastructure.
• Experience taking a new product from early concept through launch and adoption.
• Experience line-managing or directly leading a small team, including performance and development conversations.
• Technical depth to work credibly with engineers on APIs, platform architecture, and infrastructure trade-offs.
• Working understanding of how AI and ML teams build, train, and deploy models and the tooling they use.
• Strong discovery and prioritisation skills, with evidence of turning customer research into roadmap decisions.

Nice to have

• Product experience with GPU cloud, AI/ML platforms, MLOps tooling, or model serving and fine-tuning products.
• Hands-on software or ML engineering background and conceptual familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, and the NVIDIA GPU ecosystem.
• Experience with usage-based pricing models and distributed teams across multiple time zones.
