Senior Manager, CS Operations (PFT) (AI)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; hybrid

Salary: USD 140,000–165,000 per year

hirify.global is building an AI growth platform for real estate, providing websites, marketing, SEO, and AI tools used by real estate professionals, businesses, and brokerages.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for fulfillment tools and automations from scoping through build, launch, and adoption.
• Partner with internal tools engineers by defining problems and outcomes, and rebuild existing automations for reliability, documentation, and maintainability.
• Map current and target launch workflows, separating human judgment from automation and defining the operational standard for launch readiness.
• Prioritize initiatives, establish baselines and targets for cycle time, rework, and manual effort, and distinguish adoption from measurable impact.
• Partner with fulfillment, onboarding, and engineering leaders to reduce handoff errors and rework.
• Translate business needs and technical constraints across operational and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience in a SaaS or technology company, including implementation operations, professional services operations, customer success operations, revenue operations, or a similar field.
• Hands-on frontline experience in implementation, web production, onboarding, delivery, or comparable work before moving into operations.
• Track record of building and shipping internal tools, automations, or systems from scratch and working with engineers to drive adoption.
• Experience working autonomously in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Ability to own problems through completion, form evidence-based points of view, prioritize effectively, and communicate complex situations clearly to executives.
• Active daily use of AI tools, including examples of work automation.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Workato, or similar.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar system of record.
• Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics, building baselines, and using data for decisions.

Nice to have

• Background in website production, web agencies, or website platforms.
• Familiarity with real estate technology, MLS data, or IDX integrations.
• Experience as an internal product owner for operations-built tools.
