Automation Test Consultant (QA Automation)

What you will do

• Execute manual and automated test cases for large software projects and socially critical IT systems.
• Write concise test cases and detailed bug reports, and monitor, track, and manage defects in JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Define and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts.
• Build, maintain, and optimise automated test frameworks and tests for stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, stakeholders, and customers to resolve issues and improve product quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of automation testing experience, including automation, manual, and/or QA testing.
• Functional UI and API testing experience, including Postman or a similar API testing tool.
• Microsoft Azure experience.
• Experience defining and executing test strategies, plans, and scripts.
• Experience building and maintaining frameworks in one or more of Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Test Driven Development and hands-on experience with Spock or JUnit.
• Experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Xray, Selenium WebDriver, or a similar JIRA testing tool.
• Experience monitoring issues and providing test reports.

Nice to have

• BrowserStack experience.
• Selenium C# experience.
• Security or penetration testing experience.
