Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Video & Data)

Location: London, United Kingdom; applicants should be within commuting distance of London. Regular in-office collaboration is required, with more days in-office than remote.

Base salary: £66,000–£111,000 GBP per year, plus eligibility for a long-term incentive award.

What you will do

• Build a risk-based quality strategy tailored to the video and data platform architecture.
• Define quality measures and use data-backed results to establish project completion and demonstrate improvements.
• Lead quality discussions in sprint ceremonies and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Scrum stakeholders.
• Plan and lead large-scale testing, balancing automated and manual testing based on development speed and user workflows.
• Coach teammates and influence squads to adopt quality engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Deep full-stack testing experience and in-depth knowledge of test automation.
• Experience leading quality initiatives and projects, with a clear understanding of project-level success.
• Strong understanding of user experience and the ability to adapt testing approaches to user workflows.
• Ability to design testing approaches that reduce risk and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Commercial experience with Playwright.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a STEM discipline.
