Corporate FP&A Manager (SaaS)

Location: Based out of hirify.global’s San Francisco office in a hybrid model, with time split between the office and home; availability during core business hours is required. Travel may be required.

Salary: $133,200–$159,840 per year, with possible equity and discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Prepare Board, Audit, executive leadership, and forecast decks that turn financial performance into actionable narratives.
• Own corporate consolidation and P&L roll-up, including administration of hirify.global’s forecasting system.
• Support month-end financial reviews, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and close activities with Accounting.
• Establish repeatable corporate finance processes and improve tools and workflows to increase efficiency and business insight.
• Own cash forecasting in partnership with Billing Systems, Accounting, Treasury, and SEC reporting.
• Handle executive ad hoc analysis on capital allocation, guidance strategy, risks, opportunities, and other complex business questions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Accounting, or related analytical roles, ideally in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
• Experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning, including model management; integration and implementation experience is a plus.
• Advanced financial modeling and reporting skills using Google Sheets and Slides, including flexible, scalable models for decision-making.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and their connections.
• Strong curiosity, accountability, attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, and create structure in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI and data tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Public-company reporting, close-process, and audit-support experience.
• Experience in SaaS, infrastructure, or high-growth technology environments.
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools such as Claude or Gemini applied to finance workflows.
