Senior Consultant in Energy and Utilities

Location: Hybrid, Boulevard de Waterloolaan 16, Brussels, Belgium. Temporary assignments abroad, including France and the Netherlands, may be required.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation project assignments for clients in the energy and utilities sector.
• Structure data, perform analyses and benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Support project teams and coach new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master’s degree as a Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer.
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Strong interest in the energy sector.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented, rigorous, and committed working style.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise and help clients use these opportunities.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is required.
• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad, such as France and the Netherlands.
