Project Manager (Clinical Project Management)

Location: Remote in Buenos Aires, Argentina or Bogota, Colombia; willingness to travel approximately 30% required

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, project updates, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate programme delivery and support team capability development.

Requirements

• Significant project management and team leadership experience, including managing competing priorities.
• Proven success managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and committed to project goals and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
