Sr. Project Manager I (DevSecOps/Cloud/Cyber)

Location: Reston, Virginia, United States. Hired candidates must verify eligibility to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification.

Salary: $156,000–$174,000 per year, with possible performance-based bonuses and additional incentives.

What you will do

• Lead DevSecOps, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT modernization projects supporting an Intelligence Community account.
• Identify innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolve issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
• Work with development teams and contribute to product architecture and design.
• Develop and manage client relationships with customer project managers, leads, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prioritize project team tasking, manage assignments, and oversee completion.
• Evaluate and manage scope changes, issues, risks, dependencies, milestones, and schedules, escalating risks to appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly.
• Seven years of experience managing complex federal projects involving cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or software development.
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
• Proven collaboration with customer project managers, leads, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including briefing senior and executive stakeholders on project status, accomplishments, schedules, issues, and risks.
• Experience developing integrated project work breakdown structures, milestones, and schedules; identifying dependencies; and mitigating project risks.
• Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum, including experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as GitLab, Jira, and/or Confluence.
