Project Manager II (SaaS)

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States; travel up to 25% as business needs require.

What you will do

• Lead project initiation, scope definition, statements of work, schedules, deliverables, resource planning, team roles, and communication plans.
• Manage end-to-end SaaS implementation and software delivery projects from initiation through closeout, tracking milestones, budgets, KPIs, quality, and customer expectations.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams by facilitating planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, removing impediments, and supporting continuous delivery.
• Coordinate customers, stakeholders, management, and cross-functional teams while managing resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Guide and mentor Project Manager I team members, improve project management practices, finalize documentation, and capture lessons learned.
• Use generative AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and problem-solving; travel for project execution and customer engagements as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing SaaS implementation and software delivery projects end to end across the SDLC, including planning, execution, deployment, and delivery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder communication, customer service, relationship management, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time, within scope, and according to quality and stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Adaptability, flexibility, a proactive solution-oriented approach, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• PMP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required.
• Ability to see and communicate, maintain a stationary position, move, and operate computer keyboards or office equipment, with reasonable accommodations available.
