Cinema Marketing Manager - Emerging Technologies

Location: Los Angeles, United States; hybrid home/office workplace, with some travel to San Diego.

Base salary: $111,108–$148,143 annually, plus eligibility for an annual corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Plan and execute marketing and communications campaigns for XR and virtual production products.
• Build relationships with professionals and organizations in film, television, gaming, education, and virtual content creation.
• Create customer-led content that showcases user work, educates audiences, and positions hirify.global as a leader in XR content production.
• Develop integrated marketing, PR, demand-generation, and sales-support programs with cross-functional teams, channel partners, rental partners, and key accounts.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, trade shows, and festivals while sharing customer and market insights with product and marketing teams.
• Support annual marketing plans, budgets, forecasts, reporting, and analysis for the New Content Creation business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications, ideally in XR, cinema, VFX, video production, or imaging.
• Understanding of the film and production landscape with established relationships in the community.
• Ability to translate technical innovation into creative narratives.
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Passion for the intersection of technology and creativity and for establishing new markets.
• Honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct are material requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VFX and 3D/spatial imaging technologies.
