Production Coordinator - Marketing & Custom Animation

Salary: $25.00–$31.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the Custom Animation Producer with daily schedules, production trackers, deliverables, and early delay escalation.
• Coordinate communication between artists, Story, Edit, Production, external studio partners, and third-party vendors.
• Support artists with scheduling, assignments, notes, references, and escalation of production roadblocks.
• Organize digital assets, maintain naming conventions, deliver materials, and set up internal and external reviews and screenings.
• Track approvals, feedback, deadlines, pending items, action points, and production records.
• Support pitch decks, department meetings, agendas, purchase orders, invoices, timesheets, and vendor paperwork.

Requirements

• 2+ years of production coordination experience, preferably in animation, VFX, or entertainment.
• Passion for animation and custom content, with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality during fast-paced marketing turnarounds.
• Strong interpersonal, written, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to support diverse creative teams.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with production tracking software such as ShotGrid or Flow.
• Basic familiarity with Photoshop.
