Structural Engineer Intern

Salary: $25–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Support tower crane and skip hoist engineering, shoring and reshoring design, earth retention system design, and temporary stability analysis.
• Assist with the design of structures delegated to contractors and structural design for construction projects.
• Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber systems.
• Coordinate design work with in-house staff, architects, and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare construction documents within a BIM environment.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate student concentrating in engineering or architecture.
• Excellent academic record.

Nice to have

• Experience with Revit, Tekla, or AutoCAD.
