Electrical Engineer Intern

Location: Onsite in Grand Rapids or Petoskey, Michigan, United States

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare or modify reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, engineering studies, and project designs.
• Develop probable construction cost estimates for assigned projects.
• Prepare designs and plans under close supervision using Revit, computer-aided design and engineering software, or conventional methods.
• Prepare design computations and quantity estimates under the direction of an experienced designer.
• Perform occasional drafting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering at an accredited university or college.
• Ability to operate a computer and basic computer software.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Work visas and PERM applications are not supported.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of or experience with Revit.
• Previous AutoCAD experience.
