PHP Fullstack Developer

Location: Remote within the United States; the posting header also lists Frisco, TX

Salary: $115,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise application components using PHP and the approved project technology stack.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into maintainable code, APIs, interfaces, and user-facing features.
• Integrate applications with databases, external services, and enterprise systems.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and operations teams through releases and production support.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of related professional experience, with the exact threshold matching the approved requisition.
• Practical experience with PHP, Laravel or Symfony, Composer, SQL or MySQL, REST APIs, secure web development, and automated testing.
• Professional experience building or supporting production software with the role’s core technologies.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, software design, data structures, and maintainable code.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data stores, and appropriate testing practices.
• Working knowledge of Git or another source-control system and structured development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot defects and communicate technical findings clearly.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile or iterative delivery environment.

Nice to have

• Additional hands-on depth in PHP, Laravel or Symfony, Composer, SQL or MySQL, REST APIs, secure web development, and automated testing.

• Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Relevant professional certifications or advanced training in the role’s technology area.
