Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Lehi, Utah, with 1–2 days per week in the office

Base salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and deliver full-stack product features with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers.
• Develop high-performance and high-availability applications.
• Design scalable and distributed systems from a holistic perspective.
• Apply test-driven development and test-driven CI/CD to deliver reliable software.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success.
• Continuously improve engineering productivity and keep up with current technology trends.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in one or more of Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Experience developing full-stack, high-performance, and high-availability applications.
• Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD with a commitment to software quality.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, including understanding when to choose each approach.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with NextJS or other front-end technologies.
