Senior Fullstack Engineer

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid schedule with in-office work every Tuesday and Thursday

What you will do

• Develop full-stack product features and high-performance, high-availability applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and engineers to deliver well-scoped features.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success.
• Design scalable distributed systems with a holistic architectural perspective.
• Practice test-driven development and contribute to reliable CI/CD and quality software delivery.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in one or more of Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of programming principles, design patterns, and full-stack application development.
• Experience with scalable systems, test-driven development, CI/CD, and high-quality software engineering practices.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and caching systems such as Redis or Memcached.
• Familiarity with AWS and effective written and verbal English communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js or other frontend technologies.
