Senior Analyst, FP&A & Asset Management, Europe

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Prepare management reporting, variance analysis, financial commentary, and presentation materials for senior management.
• Forecast revenue, EBITDA, CapEx, cash flow, and headcount, and support departmental cost reviews and business partnering.
• Maintain asset-level financial models, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Analyse asset performance, capital expenditure, and investment returns.
• Improve and automate recurring reporting and forecasting processes while supporting wider Finance priorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Two to four years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Qualified Accountant with at least one year of post-qualification experience.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and good PowerPoint capability.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commercial awareness.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or data centres.
